South Central Railway (SCR) has released Recruitment 2019 Notification for the engagement of candidates as apprentices for training them under the Apprentice Act, 1961 and Apprenticeship Rules, 1962, in the following units of South Central Railway. The SCR application process has started from 9th November 2019 and available up to 8th December 2019 at scr.indianrailways.gov.in.

Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 15 years
Maximum Age: 24 years
Relaxation in the maximum age limit is applicable up to 5 years for SC/ ST applicants and up to 3 years for OBC applicants, 10 years for PWD candidates and Ex-servicemen.

Pay Scale: As per the apprenticeship act rules.

Application Fee:
For GEN/ OBC candidates: Rs. 100/-
For SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates: Nil

Eligibility Details: The candidate should be a citizen of India as per residential status.

Educational Qualification:

Applicants should have passed 10th Class or it’s equivalent (under 10+2 examination system) with minimum 50% marks and ITI certificate in the relevant trade from the institutions recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
