Eligibility Criteria:
Educational Qualification:
Junior Office Assistant (IT): Applicants should have completed 10+2 from a recognized Board of School Education. Computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi. One Year Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology from a recognized university or institution. (OR) “O” or “A” level Diploma from National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIEIT) (OR) Diploma in Information Technology (IT) from a recognized ITI/ Institution. Desirable: Knowledge of customs manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the state.
Junior Office Assistant (Accounts): Candidates should have passed B.Com from a recognized university. Candidates having M.Com qualification should have passed B.Com at the graduation level. Desirable: Knowledge of customs manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the state. Training & Proficiency in the use of Accounting software like Tally/SAP/ERP.
Supdt- Divisional Accountant: Applicants should have passed B.Com or B.Com (Hons) from a recognized university. Desirable: Master degree in Management (Finance) or Commerce or Financial/ Management.
Selection Process: The selection of the eligible candidates will be on the basis of the Written/Viva-voice test.
Pay Scale:
JOA – Rs.5910- 20200/- & GP of Rs.1950/-
Superintendent – Rs.10900- 34800/- & GP of Rs.4550/-
