Note:

i) 13 posts of Sister Grade-II are reserved for Physically Handicapped (OL) category

ii) 6, 2 and 1 posts of Jr. Technician (Lab), Jr. Technician (X - ray) and Operation Theatre Assistant respectively are reserved for Physically Handicapped category.

AGE LIMIT
a) Age Limit is 18 - 3 0 y ears .
b ) Age and all other qualifications will be counte d as on last date of receipt of application.
c ) Age relaxation (upper limit) will be given to following categories: (i) SC/ ST - Maximum five years.
(ii) OBC - Maximum three years.
(iii) PH - Maximum Ten years.
(i v ) Any other category As per Govt. of India Rules.

NOTE I I : FOR PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED CATEGORY :

i) 13 posts of Sister Grade - II are reserved for Physically Handicapped (OL) category and will be considered for selection to such post by general standard of merit .

ii) 6, 2 and 1 posts of Jr. Technician (Lab), Jr. Tec hnician (X - ray) and Operation Theatre Assistant respectively are reserved for Physically Handicapped category and will be considered for selection to such post by general standard of merit .

Persons suffering from Not Less than 40% of disability alone be e ligible for the benefit of reservation and other relaxations as permissible under the rules.

Relaxation for providing facilities of Scribe/Reader/Lab Assistant an d extra time would be allowed to persons having disability of 40% or more, if so desired by t he persons as per instructions of Govt. of India.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION(S)/ EXPERIENCE

* Sister Grade – II :
i) Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized University/ Board. ii) Certificate in General Nursing and Midwifery from a recognized Institution or equivalent.

iii) Should be a registered A grade Nurse an d midwife with a State Nursing Council.
